Europcar and National Car Rental have announced plans to combine their fleets, a move which will see over 60,000 vehicles flooding the car hire UK market.
By making services for both car hire companies available from a number of locations that had previously been sole branded, Europcar and National users are offering access to daily rental from over 250 locations throughout the UK.
Commenting on the new alliance, Europcar group fleet director Tim Bailey said:
“This is an important initiative, expanding the scope of the network and enhancing the level of customer care across the UK. By combining the fleets of both brands, customers will be able to access the particular group of vehicle they require.”
