How to Make Tourists Vanish

You know the story, you’ve set up your camera for what looks like the perfect snap of the Eiffel Tower, the Great Wall of China or the Colosseum- when bam – out wanders some dopey local, tourist, car or dog, right into your money shot. And you’re like, hello, can’t you see I’ve got a camera?! And then everything’s ruined. Grrrrr…
So what can you do?
Of course you can crop the picture when you get home but that doesn’t solve the problem completely. To get all technical about it, you’re still missing out on essential elements that make up the composition. Your picture will look all wrong and wonky. Who wants that? Nobody. That’s where Tourist Remover comes into play.
The beauty of Tourist Remover is that it does exactly what it says on the tin…wipes that vacant smile off all those pesky picture invaders.
All you need is at least three photos of the same subject, it doesn’t matter what you’ve got in the foreground, your pictures just need to remain steady and non-blurry. So while those annoying randomers keep walking out, getting in your way, just keep snapping in the knowledge that you’ll be able to erase them out of the picture later.
The steadier your camera, the better results you’ll see so it’s best to use a tripod if you’ve got one or a wall (if you haven’t) to keep the photos steady.
Believe me, there are so many times when I wish I knew about Tourist Remover…
If you’ve got some pics that you think are worth salvaging, then head on over to SnapMania, they’re the brains behind the magic Tourist Remover button.
