Ryanair Laughs Off Bad Press with Free Seat Sale

Ryanair is promising to give away 100,000 free seats with no taxes or charges “for every false claim” made in BBC One’s Panorama investigation “Why Hate Ryanair?” which was broadcast last night.
Commenting ahead of the documentary, yesterday Ryanair spokesman Stephen McNamara said: “ We know of one false claim already, they are going to accuse Michael of being a bully.”
Well, if you watched last night, you would have witnessed the Ryanair chief executive in full on, snarling mode as he taunted Panorama reporter Vivian White about the BBC having an ‘agenda’:

Ryanair’s seat giveaway is set to go ahead in November and December, with seats being offered on flights departing on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from UK airports across Ryanair’s network.

They sure are giving away a lot of free seats (at least 100,000) for a budget travel company! Any news on how many ‘false claims’ there were officially?

Who knows how many they’ve tallied up…sounds like they’ve got a guilty conscience though!
