Looking for a last minute bargain break?  Take our advice:  Go Skiing! It just might be the cheapest holiday out there right now.

Huge demand at the end of the 2007-2008 ski season resulted in a flurry of bookings by over-optimistic tour operators.  Then the economic crash struck, leaving thousands of ski holidays unsold. 

The downturn in bookings has led to an avalanche of cost-cuts, with cheap ski deals falling to the ground quicker than a first-timer on the nursery slopes.
